[Dune] Change of parameter list in Grid and GridDefault.

Hi Dudes,

as announced yesterday I removed the template<in,int> from the GridImp 
parameter in the Grid and GridDefault class. This means, that now Grids 
with arbitray template parameter lists can be derived from the Grid 
interface. The only change for the existing Grid classes is, that when 
deriving from the GridDefault class one has to write for example
Sgrid<dim,dimworld> instead of only SGrid. I changed already all Grids.
But please check, I might forgot something.
