[Dune] 2nd DUNE User Meeting?

Dear DUNE,

at the first DUNE User Meeting in Stuttgart in October 2010, we decided 
to aim for a second meeting in spring 2012. Which means we should 
already have started thinking about it.

I guess the first step (after hopefully screaming "hooray!") is to fix a 
date to mark our calendars, and the second one to come up with an 
organizer.

Before doing a poll for the date, I would propose to find out about some 
general constraints like classes and big conferences. Semester break in 
Stuttgart is 13.2. - 6.4., the GAMM annual meeting is March 26th to 
30th, and I was made aware of the SIAM PP12 15.-17.2. Maybe you can 
throw in other constraints.
