Subject: [Dune-Announce] DUNE 2.11.0 released

The 2.11.0 release is now available. It brings a number of improvements in the
core and staging modules, for example several new finite element bases in
dune-functions. It also includes the three modules dune-foamgrid, dune-gmsh4
and dune-vtk for surface and network grids, and improved Gmsh4 and VTK file
handling, respectively. See the release notes for details and for links to the
release tarballs. You can also get the release by checking out the v2.
