[Dune-devel] Internal information

Dear all,

I'd like to have a central place for important dune related
information... all the things we would like to share between the devs.

Things coming to my mind:
- access information for the DNS server
- documentation of the local test server setup
- infos about printing dune mugs

I created a new repository, only readable by the dune devs:
