Hi Rebecca,
your commit r1138 to dune-localfunctions breaks backwards
compatibility and the class name does not match the file
name.

Would you mind to use raviartthomascube.hh instead of
raviartthomas0q.hh? I'd like to revert your commit
and deprecate raviartthomas0q.hh together with the
raviartthomas{0|1}2d stuff.
