[Dune-devel] Disabling c++0x tests

Hi,

in m4/cxx0x_compiler.m4 we check first for support of -std=c++11
option and then for -std=c++0x support. For both option we define the
configure option --disable-gxx0xcheck twice. 

Either we should only define the option once and thus deacivate both
tests when the option is used or we should provide another option
--disable-gxx11check.

About the latter: Does make sense at all to deactivate just one check?
