[Dune-devel] Compile time of reference elements

Dear Dune,
I have just backported various changes from Martin's branch that
should reduce compile-time and compile-memory requirements
considerably.  Since these changes are quite invasive and it wasn't
me who wrote them, I may have screwed something up.
My apologies.  Also, I may have backported more than actually
necessary.  Apologies again.
