You are saying that the code is available. Maybe we should link to it,
tell the students what its licence is, and in what language it is
written. 

I took the liberty to link to our grid paper directly and changes the
link to the DG grid paper to a pdf I found on one of the authors
webpage, as SIAM collects money for the PDF.
