[Dune-devel] The file cxx11.hh

IMHO your suggested directory is rather long. Why not just
dune/common/std or dune/common/cpp? A directory name with + and
numbers seems weired to me. Having c++11, we might have to add c++14 next year and so on.

For the record: I do like each feature to have its own header. But of
course there are probably other more pressing issues.
