Hi,
test-sgrid fails due to wrong boundarySegmentIndices:

Dune::Exception [testFS940:test-sgrid.cc:80]: Wrong intersection
information for i1:  has neighbor/boundary/boundaryId 0/1/0expected 0/1/1

After changing the value of res1 another exception occurs:

Dune::Exception [testFS940:test-sgrid.cc:98]: Wrong intersection
information for i2:  has neighbor/boundary/boundaryId
1/0/18446744073709551615 expected 1/0/0

Could someone be so kind and have a look?
