[Dune-devel] Simplex quadrature rules

Dear Dune,
I've been looking at the file simplexquadrature.hh, and I have a few questions.
What is the origin of these rules?
Who implemented the code?
What publication are they taken from?
How are they constructed?
Do they have a proper name?

And doesn't Jö's comment from commit ed50186deb37019fe479cfecccd524ab5afb875b

* Make sure that the quadrature rules are actually available in high precision
      for high precision data types by assigning them as strings.  Normally, the
      compiler would convert them to double and then construct the high precision
      data type with that double.

also apply here?
