[Dune-devel] dune-istl umfpack support

Hi Dominic, hi Benedict,
thanks for the numbers. I should give UMFPack a try in a productive
environment. But I hope that we will get support for SuperLU_DIST and/or
SuperLU_MT. For the latter I have a patch from Jizhou who hacked it into
the sequential SuperLU classes of ISTL. After Dominic's work of
abstracting the matrix stuff this might be easier. Maybe I'll integrate
that; but openMP is a dependency for superLU_MT.

By the way, my co-worker Klaus is a fan of Pardiso which should solve
faster and solve more cases compared to SuperLU. The academic lincence
is given again for a year.
