[Dune-devel] test-loadbalance and CMake

Hi Oliver,
test-loadbalance relies on ParMETIS, but there is neither a
guarding macro #ifdef HAVE_PARMETIS exiting with return 77,
nor is there a conditional building of the test in the
Makefile.am. Without ParMETIS compilation just fails. Do you
mind to supplement that?

Done. Probably the problem was related to the lack of a METIS
and ParMETIS check. I've added them for CMake and autotools.
