[Dune-devel] SGrid provides its DGFParser

Hi Robert,
you are aware that your commit which moves the inclusion of SGrid's
DGFParser to SGrid does break people's code?

Beside that, is there a reason we don't do that for every grid? I don't
mean breaking them, but that all grids include their DGFParser.
At least in our code, we often only include some DGFParser which
implicitly include the grids. Kind of counter-intuitive.
