[Dune-devel] 2.3beta1 release not tagged in Git

Hi,

the 2.3beta1 release is not tagged in the Git repositories. Could you
please do so?

As a wishlist item, please use "git tag -s" to also sign the tag if you
have a PGP key. If needed, use "-u" to specify which key to use.
