this simply means that we decided not to parallelize Alberta. Instead,
our current and future code and projects are/will be based on
Dune-Fem. Briefly, we are interested in diffusion dominated problems
in the context of adaptive "ordinary" (i.e. non DG) FEM. My apologies
if "targeting towards" was not the correct English phrase.
