[Dune-devel] whitespace hook and files maintaned by upstream projects

1) sounds like a bug that "simply" needs fixing.  I can't imagine there's
   disagreement on that.
2) I have no objections to this either, if you prefer it.

In general I do think that the whitespace hook is a good idea, even though
it does make me use adult-only language sometimes.
