[Dune-devel] [PATCH] dune-common: Remove $Id$ keyword substitution

Hi,

I found the '$Id ...' keywords a bit annoying (and giving outdated or
wrong information) and removed them from dune-common.

Also a large chunk of debug code (an embedded Makefile.am) in
bin/am2cmake.py fell victim.

This time the patches are on a branch:

  git remote add aburch https://github.com/aburch/dune-common.git
  git fetch aburch
  # review, e.g. gitk aburch/master
  git merge aburch/master
