Hi Dominic,
all uses of SGrid can be replaced by YaspGrid as we discourage
its use.
It would be nice to properly introduce the range-based for 
loops
as they are really cool and people should be taught to use 
them.
You already mentioned it, we should replace a lot of the 
iterator
code with it and introduce it in the traversal.cc.
