[Dune-devel] Switch default build-system to CMake soon

Hey Christoph,
thanks a lot for the patches. It was very inconvenient not being able to
build dune-grid-howto with cmake. Those do indeed fix that. I would like to
add though, that I had to merge in master from dune-alugrid in order to
make everything work. Seems like there has been a relevant bugfix after the
branch cmake was created. Simple type
git merge master
while being on the branch cmake. I was too lazy to analyze and cherrypick
the relevant fix only.
