[Dune-devel] Write access for Elias Pipping

Dear Dune developers,
I want to suggest to grant write / merge access to Elias Pipping, since
he has provided several patches for the DUNE core modules now and took
part in several discussions.
I appreciate his C++ knowledge and the quality of his contributions.
Thus I would sponsor him. This might encourage him further.
