[Dune-devel] Possible removal of method ReferenceElement::checkInside<codim>

Hi all,
ten people have vote on whether and how to remove the method ReferenceElement::checkInside<codim>.
'Immediate removal' got the most votes (5), whereas 'deprecate first and remove after 2.4' got
only three votes (of which one also voted for 'immediate removal').  So, formally it seems like
'immediate removal' won; however, as smooth API transitions are an important goal I hesitate to
simply disregard the three votes for a deprecation period.  Christoph, Felix, Martin, what is
your argument for deprecation?  What type of user will that help?
