[Dune-devel] cmake & dune-functions again

Hi Oliver,
you were bitten by a non-backwards-compatible change that is quite old.
You missed these files when comparing dune-functions with a newly
generated dune module.

Some version and config files are now auto-generated on the fly until it
is necessary to modify them by hand. Please find attached the patch
fixing it. I am not sure whether the patch really removes the cmake/pkg
directly, it should be removed.
