[Dune-devel] Write access for Ansgar Burchardt

I want to suggest to grant write access to Ansgar Burchardt, since he
has provided several patches for the DUNE core modules now.
I appreciate the quality of his patches and would sponsor him. This
might encourage him and speed up his contributions.
