[Dune-devel] Derive Dune::Exception from std::exception

Hi,
recently I was discussing with Christian and Jö that it might 
be a
good idea to derive Dune::Exception from std::exception. I am 
not
aware of a negative effect. On the positive side, 
Dune::Exception
can use all mechanism of std::exception. I am not aware why 
this was
not done in the first place several years ago.

I implemented the change in the branch
  feature/dune-exception-derived-from-std-exception
and have adjusted some ISTL tests accordingly a branch with 
the
same name.
Unless someone objects, I'll merge my branches after a week.
