[Dune-devel] Strange things in DuneBoost.cmake

The quoted lines are perfectly valid. Variable names are case-sensitive and
the if condition is to be repeated in the parentheses behind else, if
repeating of the condition is used.
I have no idea why one should end up with different cases in the variable
name though.
