Hey,
I think the Heidelberg group will come at full strength, though not many
registered already, I guess.
For the coding days, I would love to see some pre-scheduled 1-2 hours
discussion sessions on specific topics with
everybody interested. No decisions should be taken with so many developers
absent, but a short note on the
discussion (and possible consensus) should be written for the rest of the
developers to quickly review.
Looking back at how the coding days in Heidelberg went 2 years ago, I would
say it is a good idea to have
some sort of a schedule beforehand. It can be flexible, but it should exist.
