[Dune-devel] Vote for return type for indices, sizes etc. FS#587

Dear fellow developers,
I ask all developers with voting rights to vote for FS#587.

* What type should be used for indices, sizes etc. in ReferenceElements
and related classes in dune-geometry and dune-grid, maybe in other
modules, too.*

Please indicate which type you like, you can choose several one and edit
