[Dune-devel] Raviart-Thomas elements

Dear Dune,

I have been looking at the Raviart-Thomas elements in dune-localfunctions, and I have a few
questions to whoever wrote them (unfortunately, that's not clear to me from the git logs).
Do I read the code that RT elements are implemented for any dimension and any order?
Can you point me to a publication that describes the generic construction process implemented
in raviartthomassimplexprebasis.hh?
