[Dune-devel] Announce 2.4.1 release

Hi,

maybe we should try to spread the word a bit wider this time (Did not
happen for the 2.4 release), e.g. na-digest, SIAM-{SC,CSE}, and the
likes.

If the release managers have too much work, then I would volunteer.
