[Dune-devel] [GSoC2016] Mentorship of project 2, was: Improve your changes to be chosen

Hi Oliver,

we share a common dilemma: I cannot mentor two projects either. Otherwise I am 
willing to do the job.

Do we have to decide on the mentor before reviewing the applications or can we 
still assign them once the projects are chosen.
