[Dune-devel] New Website

I think it would be very important to document how to build doxygen
"at home" and to give everybody the opportunity to change this, in
order to fix layout errors.

An other problem here is also, that (like before) it is not clear how
to include further projects into the doxygen documentation. Perhaps
the best would be to a special directory in the dune-website repo
which includes everything that is needed to build the documentation
and then the cron-job can simply call a script from this directory and
build/install the documentation.
