Hi Dominic,
looks good, thank you!

What caught my eye:
- For bullet points but only two head lines. Probably dune-python and
dune-testtools are added but the files are missing the title
- For Sphinx it uses the release branch, for Doxygen actual releases. I
does not really bother me, but I am surprised by the difference.
- When clicking on a link, the anchor does not seem to know about the
Dune banner.
