[Dune-devel] newer compilers in the CI system

Martin is right, newer compilers are welcome. Thanks for your ongoing CI
works!

In the past, people with older system yelled when it did no longer work.
When I make larger changes, I test with the older supported CMake
version. They are easily co-installable.
Further, I when am release manager, I test everything with the older
CMake + compiler supported. I hope other do similar.
Still, having those tests automated makes spotting such breakage easier…
