[Dune-devel] Dedicating the 2.6 release to Elias Pipping

Dear release managers, dear all,

here's a RFC: I would like to dedicate the upcoming release
to Elias Pipping, who passed away earlier this month at the
untimely age of 31.  Something like a small dedication note
somewhere at the top of the release page /release announcement,
etc.  What do you guys think?
