[Dune-devel] Compiler requirements

Hi Steffen,

I have no objections, either.

By the way, the same argument holds true for CMake 3.0 support. With Debian
Stretch out, we can go up as far as CMake 3.7. Maybe that's overdoing it, but
since CMake 3.1, improved C++ level detection have been built in.
