[Dune-devel] The fate of 'make doc-clean'

Hi Oliver,

CMake’s support for cleaning up is not very well fleshed out. We can’t track what
is being generated as "documentation", so we can’t do a targeted cleanup. We
could hack up something, but it would not amount to much more than "rm -rf doc/"
in the build directory.
