[Dune-devel] deprecate Grid::getRealImplementation

Hi,

I suggest to deprecate `Grid::getRealImplementation` from the grid
interface.  Users and implementors can just use the `.impl()` method on
facade classes if they need to access the implementation (it was made
public some time ago).

AlbertaGrid also has `getRealIntersection` as a special case of
`getRealImplmentation` which could also be deprecated.
