[Dune-devel] Dune release 2.7 in february 2019

Dear Dune,

the Dresden team herewith announces that we will coordinate a 2.7 release of
the Dune core and staging modules in February 2019.  This will be the release
that will be described in "The Book".  New features that should be mentioned
there need to be merged before the end of January.

The current rough time frame is to have a feature freeze around the end of
January, and a final release about two weeks later.  More precise dates will
be announced in January.
