[Dune-devel] dune-python access rights

Dear all,

as we intend all staging module to become a core module in the future,
I assumed that the access rights would be inherited from the core
modules + some additional ones. Apparently this is wrong , at least
for dune-python this is not the case, but I didn't check the others.

I would suggest to add @core to all staging modules and wanted to ask
for your opinions.
