[Dune-devel] Proposed deprecations for Dune 2.7

Dear Dune,
there are proposals to deprecate / remove support for older third-party
dependencies. Less supported version reduce the number of libraries
which must be tested.
Comments, opinion, and hints are welcome.

* Deprecation / removal of Python 2 support. (Dune-common #157)
* Deprecation of support for SuperLU 4. (Dune-ISTL !285)
* Deprecation of support for METIS < 5 and ParMETIS < 4 (Dune-common !657)
