[Dune-devel] CI runner not working

Dear fellow devs,
it seems the CI runner 'hd-2c-8g-1h' repeatedly struggles
to execute jobs. Currently I e.g. observe:

  https://gitlab.dune-project.org/core/dune-common/-/jobs/76318

If there's no time to fix this, can we at least
disable this runner? Restarting jobs while hoping
that they are scheduled for another runner is a
poor workaround.
