[Dune-devel] Vote: Required CMake version 3.1 or 3.13?

Hi there,
hereby I close the vote. Thank you for everybody casting their votes and
commenting on the topic!

According to my count (please challenge it, if you interpret the answers
differently; I interpreted every statement as much in opposition as I
could), a majority of core developers want to stick to CMake 3.13 (7/13
or 7/9, depending on how you count).

So I won't revert dune-common!200.
