[Dune-devel] Alberta 3.0.3 in Debian

Hi Markus,

as Lisa and Patrick struggled to get Alberta 3.0.3 packaged, we should 
pick Debian's patches up and put them in Alberta's main repository.

 From the Debian changelog:

   * Fix FTBFS (Closes: #980015):
     - debian/control: add libtirpc-dev to bdeps.
     - debian/patches/001-autoconf-check-libtirpc.patch: check for
       libtirpc in configure.ac.
     - debian/rules: include tirpc in cflags.

Here's the patch:

I'll try to take care of it, once I have a possibility to get patches 
mainlined in Alberta.
