If the runner is not configured to automatically pull updated images,
it has to be done manually which requires shell access as root (ideally
just running "docker pull ${the-image}" might be enough). I asked
Santiago, but he didn't have time.

The policy to not automatically update the images is reasonable given
that the website stuff currently runs on the same system also running
DUNE's Gitlab and other internal services in Heidelberg, but I hope we
can change this after the move.
