[Dune-devel] Dune release 2.10 is in preparation

Hi,

if this helps: things look good in Debian experimental,

I finally kind of finished this by lunch. Failing architectures should
not be important to DUNE. Some failures are due to Debian version of
dune-common picked up being not the newest.
