[Dune-devel] Dune release 2.10 is in preparation

Dear community,

Oliver and I have started to do the release. Core, staging and some 
extensions got a releases/2.10 branch, the ci jobs are updated and 
docker images in preparation. We are currently running the system test 
on these branches and if everything is fine, we hope to tag the release 
in the upcoming days, prepare the packages and update the website.
