[Dune-devel] DUNE dev (and user?) Meeting 2026: Please provide impossible weeks.

Dedner, Andreas A.S.Dedner at warwick.ac.uk
Sun Dec 7 14:13:00 CET 2025

Hi.
Definitely something we should try to do - thanks Markus for kicking this of.

Focusing on what Simon and Oliver already said
In summary, my available times:
Mar 1 - Mar 14
Mar 22 - Apr 12
Jul 25 - Oct 10 (maybe some exceptions with examinations and vacation)
Beginning of March is still term time here so difficult for me
Mar 23 - 27 would work and July/August are quite free as well.

A suggestion (following on from Christoph) would be to see if a few days in the week starting 23/03 is possible and if not to consider an online meeting and then an in person meeting for example in August or later in the year.

Best
Andreas

Hi Markus,
thanks for your initiative! I am willing to participate. I am under the
rule of my day job in a predictable way. Once you fixed a date, I am
going to try freeing / blocking some time.

As our last developer meeting was in September 2023, I feel we have
piled up undecided topics. If we cannot agree on a in-person meeting in
the winter break 2026, I propose a singe day virtual developer meeting.

Bye
Christoph
