[Dune-devel] Dune 2.11 release branches created

Dear Dune developers,

I have just created branches named releases/2.11 for the following 15 
modules:

dune-common
dune-geometry
dune-grid
dune-localfunctions
dune-istl

dune-assembler
dune-typetree
dune-uggrid
dune-functions

dune-grid-glue
dune-foamgrid
dune-vtk
dune-curvedgeometry
dune-curvedgrid
dune-gmsh4

These can be used as of now, and will form the basis of the upcoming 
2.11 release.

I have tried to update the CI configurations in these branches, but 
that's a bit of guesswork (in particular for CI-nonexperts like me):

- For the core and staging modules, you may want to check whether CI 
testing works on these branches.

- Some of the other six modules require new 2.11 container images for 
testing. It would be great if someone volunteered to set them up.

I will now proceed to update the version informations in the 15 
master/main-branches.
