As the application is already out and this page will be used to decide
whether or not we will be accepted, we have started the refactoring process.

See [4] for an updated version. Currently there is only ParallelIndexSet on the short
list. I hope that descritpion is ok like it is? Maybe we need to check the proposed 175h?
I am sure that you can easily spend more on this. It has to be tested very carefully
and needs to be backwards compatible. Otherwise we will see a lot of breakage.
